I found VRS last week online said I was looking for a local garage that serviced VW cars with DSG gearboxes, I would highly recommend VRS, had my Tiguan booked in within a week and the work to carry out an oil service, inspection, DSG oil change and Haldex oil change, also gave user friendly diagnostic feedback giving me the confidence to return for further work following the inspection, for the work done the price was very acceptable compared with main dealers

1st visit to this particular workshop to have air-con regassed. Luckily for me walk-ins were available so the job was scheduled straight away ! The guy explained what the job entailed and the cost prior to starting.Friendly efficient no-nonsense service at the right price. Happy customer …would recommend.
I came to VRS through a comparison site as they were the most competitively priced for an oil and filter change - I also saw all of their 5 star reviews which made me feel less anxious about trying a new garage. From start to finish, VRS garage were awesome. Freddy was helpful and friendly, even though it was during the heat wave and very warm he was smiling and offered to give my car a look over and checked my wheel treads. There were a couple of things needed and he got a quote sorted quickly and left it for me to decide, no hard sales pushing at all. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again. I found VRS Midlands with a Google search. I rung up to make an appointment which was well within my timeframe. Today I met Fred and what a delight! Full of enthusiasm and very knowledgeable. He got straight to work on my car, an aircon recharge. All round a delightful experience, thanks Fred!
