Great service in when there were some complications, will definitely use again.
Lucy and Freddie were fantastic. I booked my car to replace timing belt & water pump. They even took on extra work that I had asked without any problems. Would definitely recommend to others and will be my regular garage moving forward.

I contacted VRS Midlands to carry out investigative work on my recently purchased VW Crafter. They were able to book me in at short notice and accomodated leaving the vehicle with them on site. They were very thorough and showed great attention to detail when looking over the vehicle and created a detailed report on their findings. Very happy with the service provided.

When I was looking to have a new timing belt fitted to my vehicle and, being new to the area, I decided to visit a number of the garages local to Stourport.
It was pleasing to find that VRS is located in a semi rural setting with room to easily park. No grimy workshops here; the workspace has a countryside view over the orchards and fields. No claustrophobic reception area, no badly-tuned overly enthusiastic radio station blaring out nor greasy fingerprints on every surface.
I was lucky to have an initial consultation with Freddie. I agreed to have the belt done along with a free health check. It was good, at last, to finally be able to discuss the issues I was having with my new purchase in a relaxed setting.
The check revealed a couple of unforeseen issues and Freddie correctly diagnosed the actual problem with the brakes.
Unfortunately, we had to order OE parts from France so there was some delay and extra expense. Having driven round for a couple of weeks, I'm now glad I agreed to the recommended extra items. The new rear shocks make a more comfortable ride. The wheel alignment is now perfect.
So, the work was done to a high standard and the customer service and communication was very good.
Here you get the sense that they are listening and messages get through without the usual Chinese whispers. Thanks.

Easy to book in, dropped off the keys and off I went. Had regular updates throughout the day, and was able to collect the following week. Diag report was full of detail and made it easy to approve work. Highly recommend!

The service at VRS was excellent. I arrived at 8.00 for an oil and filter change and asked if I could wait for my car, and waited comfortably in reception. It was ready to go within an hour. Will definitely use again.
Great work again would definitely recommend them no job too small or too big.๐๐
