Professional service from the outset. Having recently moved to the area I’m glad to have found a reliable mechanic. Quick and easy booking system followed by swift work on the day. Courtesy car supplied. Really can’t fault the chaps at VRS. They also pointed out areas on the vehicle that I need to be aware of in the future. Both Freddie and Sam are very friendly and knowledgeable chaps. Highly recommend.
The service I received was beyond what I would have expected or what I have received from a garage in the past. They went above and beyond, fitting me in even though they were fully booked. They rearranged their schedule, kept me suitably informed at each stage, had the car ready for pickup at the time I’d requested. To top it off, my car was defrosted, warm and ready to go when I arrived on a cold, icy morning, Everyone I spoke to was courteous, friendly, and made me feel so welcome. They are now my regular, go to garage for anything car related. Thank you so much. Cannot recommend this garage and the staff highly enough. Alys
